Now, let's dive into today's newsletter.

If someone had told me a year ago that I could build 7 content products, I would have been skeptical.

Yet, here I am today, having done precisely that.

My accomplishments during this period are more extensive than I could have imagined. I have delivered more products than I can think of initially, such as,

  • Shipper OS
  • Email Course
  • Weekly Newsletter
  • 1:1 Coaching Services
  • Career Journey Podcast
  • Quarterly Planning Workbook
  • 10-Minutes Daily Planning Guide
  • And 300+ articles & essays

All these while managing my demanding 9-to-5 job, where I delivered three significant projects.

Isn’t that incredible?

The secret to these accomplishments lies in 3 areas: Goal setting, weekly planning and focus. You can also use my learning to accomplish your big goals.

Let’s dive in,

Area #1 - Goal setting

You have to set clear goals with steps, actions and desired outcomes.

A powerful “why” behind your goals create energy and emotion that helps you keep going when you hit roadblocks.

Quarterly Planning Workbook is based on this idea. It helps you set specific goals with clear actions & outcomes.

Because I was new to writing, I had no idea about what goals to pick. Quarterly planning allowed be like a gardener to plant many seeds and follow an organic growth approach. I did not know how my garden would shape and didn’t care about it. I kept watering, pruning some branches and supporting others.

Area #2 - Weekly review & accountibility

The weekly review is a glue that connects your quarterly goals with daily actions.

Review your accomplishments and pick the top 5 tasks for the following week.

I followed a simple weekly review format to list my significant accomplishments, review my goals, and pick the top 5 actions for the following week.

For accountability, I have hired a virtual assistant (Ankit) and asked him to be my boss. His #1 job is to ensure I do what I said I would do.

I also built a circle of like-minded writers to keep fueling my aspiration. I owe a huge to them.

Area #3 - Daily action

Your daily action is the most crucial ingredient to convert your dreams into reality.

You can have a great plan, but it will be worthless without daily action. Ensure you have a daily list of activities and the ability to complete them without distraction.

The best way to organize your day is to make a to-do list and block time in your calendar. The 10-Minute Daily Planning guide ensures you take daily actions to make progress toward your goals every day.

This simple system helped me stay focused and create more content than ever, and it can help you too.

You can follow this simple system.

Hello Reader, Last week, I came off an intense stretch of focused work. I call it extreme momentum. It’s the kind of mode where I move fast, ship hard, and almost forget to breathe. But when it ends? I crash. Not energy-wise — system-wise. Because during those bursts, I stop updating my tools. No OmniFocus. No Notion. Just building. And when I finally slow down, I’m staring at a mess: Outdated tasks Random notes & ideas Disconnected logs of what I did A system that no longer reflects my...
