Eight months. That is how long it has been since I last hit send on this newsletter. I just went all the way down into building Sucana. And Sucana went through five different pivots. Each one took us further ahead than the last. We started building Sucana as a product. Something our users would use. Then we flipped it. Instead of building it for users. We started using it ourselves. To do the thing everyone knows my co-founder for. The marketing. We started adding AI systems into every corner of his work. Client launches, marketing, data tracking, you name it. He runs the marketing and the launches. I build the systems runs under the hood. We even built our own AI brain and AI operation management system. So here's the deal going forward. You still get the same stuff you came to me for...
