I built the robot that runs Virgil's launches. Her name is Nelly.

Let me show you what actually happens when Virgil "just asks Nelly."

Nelly is the AI brain behind Virgil's launches.

I built her.

Virgil talks to her in plain language over Telegram.

For example, he'll ask Nelly to analyse the last three launch campaigns.

"Hey, analyse these emails and tell me which one actually made the money."

Simple, right?

Looks like magic. It is not. It is plumbing.

Here is what fires behind that one line.

The brain is connected to Kit, so it can read every email that ever went out.

It pulls the calls in through Fireflies.

The replies, the DMs, the interviews, the Slack messages.

It cleans, deduplicates, sorts every item by where it came from. Which call. Which campaign. Which client.

Now when Virgil asks his one sentence, Nelly is not guessing.

She is reading clean, sourced, organised history.

She pulls the exact words his audience uses for their problem.

Those become the first draft for the launch sequence and sales page.

Then Virgil edits them manually.

The human touch.

I build the robot, Hermes-Agent, Claude Code and Codex do the heavy lifting under the hood.

Virgil gives it soul.

That is the whole machine.

Ingest, clean, stamp, store, ask, draft, edit.

Ive got you.

Virgil and I are hosting an exclusive workshop on how we build and operate our AI brain.

You're going to meet Nelly in person.

It will be fun.

Eight months. That is how long it has been since I last hit send on this newsletter. I just went all the way down into building Sucana. And Sucana went through five different pivots. Each one took us further ahead than the last. We started building Sucana as a product. Something our users would use. Then we flipped it. Instead of building it for users. We started using it ourselves. To do the thing everyone knows my co-founder for. The marketing. The launches. The scaling. We started adding...

Hello Reader, Most builders get stuck on the same question: “What should I build next?” They scroll through idea lists, chase trends, or wait for a flash of inspiration that never arrives. But here’s the thing, you don’t need more ideas. You need the right idea for you. And now, AI coding tools like V0, Bolt, and Lovable can help you find it. Here’s How You Can Start Building Today Here’s how you can start building an application using V0, Bolt or Lovable today: Go to V0, Bolt, or Lovable....

Hello Reader, Our beta launch for Sucana failed. And the feedback was brutal. Beta users said, the application is, Slow Clunky Cumbersome Now imagine this: weeks of late nights, coding until 4 AM, finally hitting “launch”… and the first thing you hear from users is exactly that. It stings. Then my cofounders Victor & Virgil called me and said, “Let’s flip it all around.” And I’m sitting here thinking, I pulled late nights. Wrote endless code. You can’t just flip it upside down. You see,...
